The Montgomery County Chapter of The Women’s Council of Realtor’s invites you to join us.  Many leaders in the real estate industry share their skills and knowledge through the WCR Organization.  It’s a great place to network with successful people in the real estate industry.  WCR offers monthly luncheons with great speakers and it’s free for our members.  Membership is open to Realtors, Brokers, and any other industry professionals.  As a WCR Member, you will be able to meet and greet with lenders, title companies, home warranty representatives, and new home construction builders and salespeople.  It’s a great opportunity to share your skills and learn to be a leader in the real estate community.  There are many committees you can serve on and share your experiences.  Opportunities to attend the National, State, and Local Real Estate Organizations exist and they offer a lot of training and orientations for new members.  If you are a new Realtor, I extend an open invitation for you to join our growing chapter.  You can learn a lot from talking with other industry professionals.  As an experienced Realtor, you can take our WCR PMN designation course and participate at all levels.  Other industry professionals can network for business opportunities, provide sponsorships to the organization, and help train Realtors about specialty services available in their community.  WCR offers many volunteer opportunities to help your local community.  There are many ways you will benefit from WCR and we welcome you to our chapter and hope you will get involved.  The more involved you are, the more you will learn and grow your business and relationships.  Our National Members pay $165 a year for membership and receive many benefits.  Local Affiliates and industry professionals that are not members of the Houston Association of Realtors pay $100 a year and still receive many of the benefits that National Members enjoy.  We invite you to go to WCR.org to join online or contact the VP of Membership, Shannon Register, at 281.288.3500 to learn more.  We look forward to helping you in your real estate career!
