  • Propel fitness water / Gatorade (individually packaged mix for water bottles)
  • Gallon Ziploc baggies

  • Hard Candy / Gummy Bears (individually wrapped, left over Halloween Candy is great)
  • White Tube Socks
  • Protein Bars / Granola Bars
